Hydraulic Lift Dumpers to Solve Your Material Handling Needs
Lift and High Lift Dumpers are designed to lift higher than gon/bulk dumpers. Lift dumpers can be loaded at floor level or a specified height, then lift the box or product to a customer desired discharge up to and exceeding 20 feet.
Lift dumper
Hydraulic Lift Dumper uses cylinder(s) to lift and rotate dumper to specified discharge height (Adjustable to 8″). Discharge Height to 120″ from floor load. Higher with stand.
high Lift dumper
Hydraulic High Lift Dumper operates using cylinder with chain and sprocket carriage. Dual cylinders preform dumping operation. Discharge Height to 20′ or higher.
column dumper
Column Dumper in dump position, dumping a barrel at approx. 72″. Uses singe cylinder to lift and dump barrel or product at specified height. Discharge Height to 12′ or higher.
Hydraulic Lift Dumper
When loaded at floor level the dumper can lift and dump product up to 10′ (120″) or higher with stand. A Lift Dumper generally has a smaller footprint therefore can also be used when ceiling clearance problems arise with standard dumpers.
High Lift Dumper
When loaded at floor level or higher, the High Lift Dumper can lift and dump product at any specified height up to 20′ or higher.
Column Dumper
Usually loaded at floor level, a Column Dumper lifts and dumps product in an economical way for low weight (up to 1,000 lbs. and heights up to 10 ft.). A column dumper is also known as a barrel or drum dumper.
